Sony Walkman Bean NW-E307 MP3 Player

Wednesday, May 10th, 2006

The Sony BeanCharge the [tag]walkman[/tag] for 3 minutes, listen to music for 3 hours! Now that is convenient - especially for people like me who always forget to charge things like this the night before and then needing to use it on the go and only have like 5 minutes to recharge. On the other hand, maybe I will not have this problem too often since a full charge will last for 50 hours!

[tag]Sony[/tag] made the power consumption a bit more intelligent by a software that manages the lithium ion battery’s output. The unit only draws power to accomplish tasks that it needs to do and not run at full power all the time. Nice feature.

Supported file formats are: MP3, WMA, WAV and ATRAC3. Comes with SonicStage 3.2 file management software. The display is a bright 1-line OLED display.

There is a pop-up USB jack that allows for easy file transfer between the [tag]Sony Bean[/tag] and your PC.

The one featured here has 1GB flash memory but it also comes in a 512MB configuration. Available colors are: Tropical Ice (blue), Cotton Candy (pink), Licorice (black) and Coconut (white).
