Sony Ericsson Z710

Sony Ericsson Z710If you are a [tag]Sony Ericsson[/tag] buff and a fan of clamshell phones, then this baby is just the right thing that is coming your way.

The [tag]Sony Ericsson Z710[/tag] has the ability to operate on GSM 850, 900, 1800 & 1900 so I guess you can pretty much take it anywhere around the world. Pretty handy if you are a frequent flyer kinda person.

It has a 2.0 megapixel camera with digital zoom. There is this neat feature called image blogging where you can snap a picture with the phone and then send it to a live blog. Add email capabilities to that and I guess you can pretty much blog anywhere on earth - as long as there is reception.

The phone has 10MB on board memory which can be extended via Memory Stick Micro (up to 1GB). You also have EDGE, Bluetooth, USB and infrared connectivity.

There is also a media player that plays MP3, AAC, AAC+ and eAAC+ music formats. Add to that a working FM radio and 3D games and you get a neat little multimedia center on the go.

If you want one, you would have to wait until quarter 3 of 2006 (that would in the range of July onwards) because that is the anticipated launch date.

Check out the [tag]Sony Ericsson W710[/tag] version over at Endgadget.

Q3 2006 it is then… I gotta have one!
